TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: September 2, 2026

Welcome to The Rabbit Hole Stitchery. These Terms of Service govern your use of stitchtherabbithole.com and any purchases, registrations, or other transactions made through our website.

Throughout these Terms, “The Rabbit Hole,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Rabbit Hole Stitchery. By visiting our website, purchasing a product, registering for a class or event, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

  1. GENERAL TERMS

By using our website, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms or that you are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website, products, services, classes, or events for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, misuse of our website, or violation of these Terms.

  1. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products, including colors, photographs, dimensions, materials, and other details. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting, or the handmade nature of a product.

Many of the products we carry are produced by independent designers, artists, and small businesses. Product availability may be limited, and we cannot guarantee that an item will remain in stock.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, correct product information, or change pricing at any time.

  1. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, but mistakes can happen. If an item is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on applicable law and the nature and destination of the transaction.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order for legitimate business reasons, including inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable amount to the original form of payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

  1. SHIPPING

Shipping times provided on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Our current Shipping Policy, as posted on our website, is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

  1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds for merchandise are governed by our current Return and Refund Policy as posted on our website.

Certain products may be final sale or otherwise ineligible for return. Any such restrictions will be identified in our Return and Refund Policy, on the applicable product page, or at the time of purchase.

  1. CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, AND EVENTS

Registration for a class, workshop, stitch night, mahjong event, private event, or other scheduled experience reserves space for that specific event.

Unless otherwise stated, class and event registrations are nonrefundable.

If you are unable to attend a class or event, at least 48 hours’ notice is required to request a transfer to another available session. Transfers are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer unless otherwise determined by The Rabbit Hole in its discretion.

Some classes require participants to bring specific supplies, projects, canvases, or other materials. Any requirements will be included in the class description. Participants are responsible for arriving with the required materials.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to instructor availability, weather, insufficient enrollment, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If The Rabbit Hole cancels an event, registered participants will be offered an appropriate refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduled date.

  1. PRIVATE EVENTS

Private parties and events may be subject to additional terms, including deposits, minimum guest counts, cancellation deadlines, food and beverage rules, additional-time charges, and other event-specific requirements.

Any event-specific agreement or booking terms provided at the time of reservation will apply in addition to these Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a written private-event agreement, the event-specific agreement will control with respect to that event.

  1. GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may be used toward eligible purchases from The Rabbit Hole Stitchery and are subject to any additional terms provided at the time of purchase.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for safeguarding their gift card information. To the extent permitted by law, The Rabbit Hole is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without authorization.

  1. NEEDLEPOINT, FINISHING, AND CUSTOMER PROJECTS

Needlepoint instruction, stitch suggestions, finishing instruction, and other creative guidance provided through our classes or by our staff are intended to assist customers with their individual projects. Results may vary depending on materials, stitching technique, canvas condition, experience level, and other factors.

When a customer provides a stitched canvas, project, or other personal property for a class, event, consultation, or other service, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the item is appropriate for the intended activity.

We will exercise reasonable care when handling customer property but cannot guarantee a particular creative or finishing result unless expressly agreed to in writing.

  1. WEBSITE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of this website, including The Rabbit Hole Stitchery name, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, written content, product descriptions, website design, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to The Rabbit Hole Stitchery unless otherwise indicated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially use our original website content without our prior written permission.

Needlepoint canvases, artwork, patterns, designs, products, and other materials sold through our store may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to their respective designers, artists, manufacturers, or licensors. Purchasing a product does not transfer the intellectual property rights associated with that design.

  1. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Our website and business may use or link to services provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, booking platforms, shipping carriers, social media platforms, and other service providers.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, practices, or performance of third-party websites or services that we do not control.

  1. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We try to keep the information on our website current and accurate. However, occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, class information, shipping charges, or other content.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected transaction when reasonably necessary.

  1. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotional codes, discounts, special offers, and sales may be subject to additional terms and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined, applied retroactively, exchanged for cash, or used toward previously completed purchases.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time, subject to applicable law.

  1. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through our website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We use third-party service providers to operate portions of our website and process transactions. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information about how personal information is collected, used, and shared.

  1. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website to engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, transmit malicious code, scrape or copy website content for unauthorized commercial purposes, impersonate another person, or violate the intellectual property or other legal rights of The Rabbit Hole or any third party.

We may terminate or restrict access to our website for violations of these Terms.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Rabbit Hole Stitchery and its owners, employees, agents, instructors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, classes, events, or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Rabbit Hole Stitchery and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of our website or services or your material violation of these Terms.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

  1. WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies or terms posted on our website, constitute the agreement between you and The Rabbit Hole relating to your use of our website and services.

Additional written terms may apply to particular classes, private events, custom orders, or other services.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which we provide services will be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
